At Healing The Spirit Productions (HTSP), we believe healing begins with community, culture, and connection. As an Indigenous-led nonprofit, our mission is to uplift Native communities through culturally grounded programming that blends wellness, representation, education, and opportunity. From round dances and youth activities to fashion collaborations, sports partnerships, community fundraisers, and cultural activations, HTSP creates spaces that celebrate Indigenous identity while building stronger, healthier futures for our people across Turtle Island.
Over the past year, HTSP has continued expanding its impact through initiatives such as the Round Dance for Sovereignty, INDG x OKC Thunder Native American Night, INDG x INFR, the Charlie Whitehorse Memorial Bow Shoot, the HTSP Disc Golf Tournament, and collaborative projects like Lauren Good Day x Prados Beauty at RES. These events are more than gatherings — they are acts of visibility, healing, cultural preservation, and community empowerment. Every program we host helps strengthen Indigenous representation while creating opportunities for youth engagement, wellness outreach, entrepreneurship, and collective healing.
As we look toward the future, HTSP is focused on expanding our Active Engagement Programs and visibility through projects like the HTSP Traditional Archery Camp + Club, HTSP Soirée, INDG x INFR.
Future fundraising initiatives such as the HTSP Golf Classic, and the HTSP Gala + (Indigenous Nations Dance Group) INDG Showcase will directly support the expansion of our health equity programs while continuing to celebrate Indigenous excellence through cultural community events.
At the center of all of this work is our long-term vision, the (Health Through Science + Precision) HTSP: Cancer Screening + Genetic Testing Program.
This initiative was created in response to the urgent need for equitable cancer prevention, early detection, education, and precision health resources within Indigenous communities. Native populations continue to experience major disparities in healthcare access, cancer outcomes, preventative screening opportunities, and culturally responsive medical engagement. Through the HTSP: Cancer Screening + Genetic Testing program, we aim to improve health equity by closing gaps through community-centered outreach, education, cancer screening access, and genetic testing initiatives designed specifically for Indigenous populations.
With donor support and sustained funding, HTSP plans to expand this program to all Native Nations through a dedicated mobile wellness unit designed specifically for cancer screening and genetic testing services. This mobile initiative will allow us to travel directly into tribal and underserved communities year-round, bringing culturally responsive care, education, preventative services, and life-saving health resources directly to the people who need them most.
Our vision extends beyond healthcare access alone. We believe true healing comes from combining science, culture, community trust, and Indigenous leadership. By integrating cultural engagement alongside health advocacy, HTSP is building a model of Indigenous wellness that is community-led, prevention-focused, and rooted in dignity.
Every donation made through this giving platform directly supports the expansion of Indigenous programming, youth engagement, cultural preservation initiatives, fundraising events, and most importantly, the future development of the (Health Through Science + Precision) HTSP: Cancer Screening + Genetic Testing Mobile Unit.
Together, we are creating a future where Indigenous communities are seen, supported, celebrated, and provided equitable access to the tools needed for long-term health and wellness — for generations to come.
