The Intertribal Community Council of Texas is a proud 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving as a dedicated advocate, crucial connector, and powerful voice for Native Americans across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Our core mission is to champion the well-being and cultural vitality of Indigenous peoples in our region. We actively work to represent, address, and educate the broader community and various organizations about the critical issues and unique concerns that directly impact the quality of life and cultural distinctiveness of Native individuals and families.

Through increased awareness, enhanced community involvement, and collaborative efforts, we strive to build bridges of understanding and unity. Our goal is to forge strong partnerships, consolidate resources, and empower a collective approach to developing effective solutions. This commitment drives us to create impactful programs, initiatives, and activities that comprehensively meet the economic, medical, social, cultural, and educational needs of the Native American community in DFW. We believe that by nurturing these essential areas, we contribute to a thriving, resilient, and culturally rich future for all.
