National Native American Supplier Council

The National Native American Supplier Council (NNASC) is the nation’s only Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification body founded by Native people, for Native people. Our nonprofit was created with one clear purpose: to champion tribally and Indigenous-owned businesses across the United States.

NNASC has established the nationwide standard for certifying Native-owned companies as MBEs. Our certification process is rigorous, transparent, and grounded in a deep understanding of the unique legal and political status that tribal nations and their citizens hold.

We certify Native-owned businesses that are:

• Owned and controlled by individual Native Americans,

• Owned by federally recognized Tribes, or

• Operated through Tribally-owned Economic Development Corporations (EDCs).

At NNASC, we don’t just respect Native identity—we’re built on it.

Unlike other MBE certification organizations, NNASC is exclusively focused on advancing Native-owned businesses. We exist to open doors, foster connections, and ensure Native entrepreneurs have access to the resources, partnerships, and markets they need to succeed.
