Triangle Native Staff and VolunteersSince its inception, the Triangle Native American Society (TNAS) has worked to promote and protect Native American identity in the Triangle area by increasing public awareness of the cultural and economic contributions of Native peoples, as well as advocating for greater recognition of their needs.

TNAS serves as the official urban Indian organization for the Triangle community. The organization is dedicated to uniting Native American individuals and families across diverse cultures and traditions, while holistically addressing the needs of the Native population living in the region.

For 40 years, we have been dedicated to preserving and promoting the Native American heritage in Wake, Orange, Durham, Johnston, and Chatham counties. By raising awareness and celebrating our community's cultural and economic contributions, we ensure that our legacy thrives for future generations.
