Native Nonprofit Day

This spring, Native Governance Center is coming together to celebrate Native Nonprofit Day, a nationwide movement that uplifts and invests in Native-led nonprofits on the third Thursday of May each year. Throughout the month, communities, organizations, and partners join in to celebrate Native leadership, amplify Native voices, and build momentum toward a powerful day of giving on May 21st.  

Our theme this year is Nurture Growth: The Future Is Native

As we move through this campaign together, we want to start by thanking you. Your support plays an important role in helping us work alongside Native nations. We’re grateful to be in this work with you, and the funds we raise directly support our work with grassroots Indigenous leaders, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and support to lead their communities forward. Together, we can build something powerful, each gift adding to a collective effort that strengthens Native nations because we know the future is Native.
