Spring Fundraiser 2026

Abiinooji Aki Inc, (AAI) "Children's Land" emerged through a dream of our Founder/Director Maryellen Baker.  This vision inspired and directed Maryellen to build Abiinooji Aki, The Cultural Healing Center, as a place that could provide Native American/Cultural teachings to those seeking the knowledge and healing. 

AAI is a living commitment to the next seven generations. Rooted in Ojibwe teachings, this work brings community together to protect water, restore cultural knowledge, and create spaces where healing and learning an happen side nay side. Through gatherings like the Women and Water initiative, Anishinaabe Way Youth Gathering, and various cultural gatherings, Abiinooji Aki ensures that our children inherit not only clean water, but a strong sense of identity, responsibility, and belonging.
